同朋友做完野,因為好肚餓所以就早d食晚餐!揀左金記冰室,其實之前係銅鑼灣返工時都成日黎食。金牌乾炒牛河(茶餐)$53對於乾炒牛河火候非常重要,要炒得夠乾身,但又唔係燶!每條既顏色都要均勻,重點唔可以太多油!專業既炒河色水,但唔係炒到燶!5-6塊牛肉,份量作為下午餐剛剛好!加$16 就可以有碟腐乳通菜!仲好大碟,平過雲吞麵舖。芝士鮮茄焗牛舌飯 $684大塊牛舌,size 就同成個焗飯咁大。非常大方!茄汁酸甜度剛好,汁唔會水汪汪,可以做到包住飯粒。牛舌唔會紙咁薄,一咬就可以咬開。地道霸王雞半隻 $118 一上台超香,蒸魚個隻豉油味!即刻食慾大增!時間掌握得好好,雞肉夠嫩滑,而且就算浸住豉油都唔會太鹹。晚市時段有抵到痴線既鐵板餐!份份都半價。$4-$50 就有份扒餐,仲包埋飲品,飯、意粉。不得不提!金記既「伙記」都好有禮貌!同平時既茶餐廳唔同。而家轉左做電話落單,見到其他食客唔識用,伙記都好有耐性step by step 咁教,絕對冇唔耐煩。朋友話佢終於搵到間茶餐廳可以介紹比佢啲台灣朋友啦!
