Sugar+開咗好多特色餐廳,今次就到位於高層嘅blendin晚餐黑松露野菌忌廉湯: 質感細滑,稀杰度適中,味道香但唔會有濃烈黑松露味燒蠔湯: 一上枱時心諗到底係咪都係野菌湯,點知飲落有驚喜。好香蠔味,味道亦討好,第一次飲蠔湯,另外仲有成隻肥蠔響碟邊阿根廷紅蝦扁意粉: 意粉彈牙,蟲草花增添口感,好想叫多份啊!調味好正豬扒T骨: 有肥有瘦,口感好,肉質嫩滑,而且side dish都好豐富銀鱈魚: 泡泡嘅係檸檬汁來的,有提鮮作用。魚肉嫩就唔使講。最愛係墊底嘅奶滑薯蓉海膽意大利飯: 一見到海膽已經心心眼,個飯好香,而且亦有野菌,口感豐富希望下次唔好落雨,就可以坐出面望住個靚海景
