早前和一位相識五年的中學同學食晚飯和聚舊。我們在銅鑼灣選擇了這間西餐廳作吃晚飯的地點。進去時,那兒的燈光比較暗,比較浪漫。店員呈上一塊餐牌, 我們每人點了一份晚市套餐。我要的五成熟燒牛柳大蝦配薯泥燒菜的牛柳咬下去帶點肉汁, 牛柳中心的肉質頗鮮嫩, 旁邊亦有小露筍作伴菜。慢煮三文魚不是全熟的。點這個套餐前店員亦說了三文魚是會比較生。三文魚的質感非常嫩滑,帶點三文魚油,很惹味。
