趁住放假的中午,朋友帶左我黎銅鑼灣叫鮨境食OMAKASE!分3個級別,呢次就試左最豐富 "營Ei" 級別 每位$1380  (前菜、刺身7款、料理、壽司7款、湯及甜品) 深海池魚: 魚味濃郁、油香! 新鮮拆肉北海道新鮮毛蟹,每一啖都係一絲絲蟹肉好鮮甜滿足 北海道象拔蚌 口感爽甜,加左適量柚子皮更清新。鰆魚 春天是最時令季節食,輕輕火炙過帶出魚油香。呢款係我最愛燒帶子,鮮甜厚肉為保持紫菜脆度,影完都已經即食!北海道赤牡丹蝦上鮮甜有黏性、加上藍色蝦子及蝦膏層次更豐富。大拖羅超肥美、魚油勁豐腴!燒鰤魚鮫 外層魚皮燒到焦黃香脆,魚鮫肉夠嫩滑金目鯛色澤鮮紅,火炙過魚油更香活赤貝肉質爽甜,亦厚肉梭子魚比較少機會食到,肉質清爽但魚皮部分油份好夠赤身呈鮮紅有光澤,肉質鮮嫩。赤鯥第一次食到,魚肉鮮嫩,魚油肥美程度好驚喜。金倉魚腩非常肥美北海道馬糞海膽非常甘甜濃厚,能維持口腔好一陣子。吸物: 時令魚湯濃郁呈乳白色,一碗熱湯可清清味蕾亦準備進入尾聲鮮甜多汁的日本蜜瓜,亦為精緻有質素的OMAKASE 劃上完美句號!
