To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上個星期同個朋友食晏晝飯,我朋友話好耐冇食過德國豬手,問我有冇好推介。梗係有啦,去銅鑼灣「帝樂」啦。呢間餐廳室內部分嘅裝修好精緻架,店員嘅態度亦好親切。我哋兩個人就叫咗一份「German Signature Set for 2」有沙律有餐湯有餐飲,當然唔少得我哋今日嘅主角「脆皮燒豬肘配酸椰菜及炸薯角」先講講個非常之清新嘅沙律,入面有菠蘿、火龍果、士多啤梨、藍莓等等,好適合夏天去食。今日嘅餐湯係忌廉湯,細滑香甜,同餐包都好襯。之後就到主角出場,脆皮燒豬肘個皮果然係好脆,佢出厲害嘅地方係,你明知佢係脆,但係佢都仲俾到驚喜你,而且鹹味適中,唔會搶走曬啲肉味。薯角就恰如其分,正常發揮。反而想講講個酸椰菜,好食得嚟仲能夠做到解除油膩嘅作用。當然唔少得跟餐嘅餐飲。最後講講個室外部分,我同朋友都一致認為,我哋下次一定要坐外面。嗌多次燒豬肘,然後嗌杯啤酒嘆吓,諗起都覺得爽呀!
