相約好友晚餐,朋友想吃健康一點,選了在銅鑼灣的特色多國素食私房菜餐廳素.喜.館。餐廳的晚市套餐,每月會轉一次餐牌,有前菜、湯、主菜、甜品和茶品,非常豐富。先上的茶品為黑豆茶,非常養生。四道前菜分別是酸辣四季豆、桂花蜜漬小番茄、蛋黃醬拌橄欖脆餅和焗釀燕麥鮮冬菇,各具特色。四季豆酸辣醒胃,番茄清香味甜,橄欖脆餅咸香脆口,釀冬菇鮮味多汁。黑松露芝士炸薯球炸得好香脆但不會油膩。裡面有薯蓉和芝士, 還有黑松露, 十分惹味。緊接的是烤焗紅菜頭柚子沙律和鮮淮山甘荀湯。沙律擺搬精美,酸酸甜甜,十分清新。主菜是綠色全蔬腰果仁耳朵粉,煙煙韌韌非常有口感。最後的甜品是伯爵茶朱古力奶凍,奶凍幼滑,啖啖伯爵茶香。總括而言非常有驚喜,素菜也能精緻細膩,別具特色。
