上次喺銅鑼灣食到塊靚扒之後念念不忘😏,今次去另一間平少少,新開嘅西餐廳,try try 啲扒又有咩分別先!💂🏻呢間餐廳走英倫風,裝修好有格調,暗綠色配木色設計,高雅時尚,好 Chill 嘅感覺!🪵食物以扒為主,不過都有其他意大利飯、意粉同甜品可以揀,幾啱生日慶祝呢!🥩香煎慢煮牛柳伴日本南瓜杏鮑菇 配 牛肝菌牛肉原汁 $308食扒之前,服務生會畀 5款刀我哋揀,仲好有耐性咁講解。每把重量唔同,但都一樣鋒利,就係睇下邊把就手,儀式感滿滿!而牛柳熟度控制得好好,牛味唔算好濃,但都好腍,好嫩滑。而日本南瓜同杏鮑菇都煎得香口唔油膩!🍝龍蝦尾扁意大利麵 $288龍蝦尾已經拆好肉,好方便,厚肉彈牙,而扁意大利嘅龍蝦汁濃厚,唔好太膩,幾好味!🍰三層朱古力榛子蛋糕 $98蛋糕幾濃朱古力味,三層唔同口感,唔會太甜,而旁邊嘅馬令糖同忌廉,一甜一酸,好衝擊味蕾呢!🍹Berry Well呢杯 Berry Well 好靚,上面有薰衣草同玫瑰,散發淡淡花香,而雜莓混合酒後,花果味重,加埋面層嘅蛋白泡沫,入口順滑,好啱女仔飲!🥃Bird’s Eye呢杯 Bird’s Eye 入面有四川龍舌蘭同墨西哥辣椒,味道比較濃烈
