師傅握壽司手勢乾淨利落👍🏻飯魚厚薄比例到醬汁調味適當,魚貝鮮甜,冇多餘調味,溫度平衡,舍利米飯鹹度軟硬度平衡,有空氣感,一體感拿捏得好;上菜順序流暢,節奏舒適,成餐飯個感覺就係好穩定,冇花巧嘢☺️呢個價位呢個表現係above average⭐️⭐️⭐️
