朋友同我都鍾意食omakase, 友人話我知銅鑼灣有一間鮨店推出2023新年限定21品既晚市omakase,而第2位客人更有半價優惠,所以嚟到試下先。位於銅鑼灣既Sushi Kiwami 既dinner omakase ($1880+10%/p.p.),新年限定既呢個menu 有前菜2品、刺身5品、燒物、天婦羅、煮物、名物、壽司7貫、主菜、吸物、甘物。當晚前菜有牛油果吞拿魚他他同埋慢煮鮟鱇魚肝。5款刺身就係鹿兒島和牛刺身、鮑魚刺身配鮑魚肝醬、北寄貝、岩手縣蠔、蘋果木煙燻鰤魚。鹿兒島和牛刺身當晚係A4和牛,質感軟腍,點埋酸汁一齊食。鮑魚刺身鮑魚係嚟自日本,配上鮑魚肝醬蘋果木煙燻鰤魚鰤魚肥美,煙燻味道都幾香。岩手縣蠔北寄貝,質感爽口。燒物就係岩鹽伊勢海老配蛋黃明太子釀北海道帆立貝天婦羅帆立貝軟腍,明太子增加少少鹹香。之後就有慢煮鮪魚面頰,然後就有壽司7貫,最吸睛就係北海道海膽三文魚子杯,另外拖羅肥美,富山縣白蝦都算甜。食完壽司之後就上北海道毛蟹蟹膏煮。最後以魚湯以及士多啤梨雪糕最中餅伴大福作結。
