之前喺度食過午餐好高質,呢日帶埋朋友嚟試晚市廚師發板👨🏼‍🍳。餐廳位於佐敦同尖東交界,舖面帶有份神秘感,大大隻字寫住「豐」。一入到餐廳店員先替我哋量體溫同消毒,非常衞生😊。料理店應該全部都係吧枱位,即係可以邊食邊望住師傅表演。Omakase分三個級別,分別係$738嘅盛、$1,088嘅錦.上同$1,288嘅豐.特上。就算最貴嗰款都比起某啲同行店最便宜嗰款平👍,我哋今日就試咗錦.上餐。現時做緊85折優惠,折完$1,000到。豉油碟好可愛🐱🐶。前菜係核桃小女子,即係將🐟小魚乾炸酥之後,用甜醬油醃,再加埋脆脆嘅核桃同芝麻食。鰈魚薄切有三片,上面沾咗海膽粉,師傅建議我哋點柚子酸汁🍊,真係幾開胃啵!之後就到刺身系列,同時師傅為我哋送上新鮮海草,索酸汁食一流🤤。北海道帆立貝,刺身好肥美鮮甜,齋點岩鹽已經好好食。時令𩶘魚,師傅話魚身透明即係代表新鮮,並建議點豉油同芥末食。魚皮炙燒過特別香口。慢煮鮑魚,師傅話慢煮足六個鐘,鮑魚好入味又夠彈牙,下低就墊住啲海草。醬油漬赤身,由於本身有味,所以只點芥末就OK,上面加咗啲菊花同蔥作點綴。赤身夠厚切,食落有嚼口。拖羅二重奏,左邊嘅中拖羅同右邊嘅大拖羅都超肥美,

醋鯖魚棒壽司,師傅話呢件係比較傳統嘅款式,紫菜卷埋就食得。我自己最鍾意依件😋,因為味道層次豐富,鯖魚有口感,帶點酸味,再夾埋卷物中間脆脆嘅酸蘿蔔絲食,成個組合令人回味。我仲隱約記得有啲酸梅味添。

最後就梗係唔少得海膽啦,最濃味所以一定係擺最後食。餐廳採用北海道根室海膽,用紫菜包住食,要盡快食,否則紫菜會變淋。海膽完全唔腥,好甜好回甘😚。

總括嚟講,餐廳無令我失望,貫徹提供高水準嘅日式料理🇯🇵。同時,環境同服務都幾好,師傅同店員有禮貌。尖沙咀比較少呢類Omakase店,所以有興趣嘅不妨一試啊~!
