To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐都無去過大家樂食晚餐,今日涼涼地,見到有風味一鍋,咁就去試下啦。我地唔係太餓,三個人叫左兩個餐。清湯牛腩鍋,啱啱上枱嘅時候牛腩雖然熟,但係就比較韌,要滾一陣d牛腩先會淋,牛腩幾好味。而湯底都係要等牛腩滾耐d出曬味先好飲。反而蘿蔔唔夠淋,唔係咁入味。泰式鯖魚鍋上菜時鯖魚未完全熟,湯底酸酸地好開胃,鯖魚一般般,如果呢個湯底配其他食材,我覺得會更加好。餐跟白飯同飲品,可樂唔夠氣,而且冇咩味,忌廉一粒冰都無,完全唔凍,唔明點解汽水都可以難飲。

泰式鯖魚鍋上菜時鯖魚未完全熟,湯底酸酸地好開胃,鯖魚一般般,如果呢個湯底配其他食材,我覺得會更加好。
