To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐未去過元氣, 發覺多左好多新野食[壽司] --------------- 沙甸魚檸檬漬 ($13 兩件): 沙甸魚厚身, 味濃, 檸檬汁辟去了鯹味, 比醋鯖魚更好食!!! 炙燒黑椒三文魚 ($13 兩件) 略燒過的三文魚仍保留魚的油份, 不會太乾, 加上黑椒幾惹味 劍魚腩 ($9 一件) 普通, 並沒有想像中多油份星期日中午去, 坐於迴轉帶旁的卡位, 發覺迴轉帶上的壽司有好幾碟飯上面的刺身已跌在碟上, 賣相不討好. 好彩order的壽司尚算公整

普通, 並沒有想像中多油份

星期日中午去, 坐於迴轉帶旁的卡位, 發覺迴轉帶上的壽司有好幾碟飯上面的刺身已跌在碟上, 賣相不討好. 好彩order的壽司尚算公整
