To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前有次嚟咗大家樂食下午茶~叫咗呢個"鐵板香酥排骨炒讚歧烏冬"~ 再之前已經食過一次, 嗰次食都係29蚊咋...估唔到咁快(應該一兩個月內)就一下子加5蚊..而家要34蚊啦....雖然34蚊都仲係ok既價錢..但其實按百分比嚟講個加幅真係太大, 始終嚟食大家樂既食客都係街坊為主. 好彩味道水準都無下降, 醬汁淋落鐵板之後同樣係熱辣辣和香氣撲鼻, 個醬汁惹味而唔會過鹹~ 烏冬入面除咗兩塊炸排骨之外, 仲有好多洋蔥和紅青椒做配料~不過烏冬份量就唔算多, 如果可以大碟啲就更理想啦~~飲品方面, 仲加3蚊試一試新出既泡沫咖啡~ 幾好飲~ 即使我無落糖都唔覺有苦味~ 咖啡味幾香~可以一試~
