星期五晚放工要約朋友抖下氣,食返餐好嘅!鐵板燒加日本野,絕對啱晒我哋心意。鐵板燒未到,當然食返個刺身先啦,有拖羅、油金魚、左口魚同埋帆立貝刺身,10分新鮮,用嚟醒下胃啱晒!炆牛脷,牛脷厚切,煮得好林,食多幾舊都唔怕。櫻花蝦炸豆腐,超級好味,外面好脆身,又有櫻花蝦嘅香味,入邊嘅豆腐好嫩滑,但又唔會容易散串燒有好多款選擇,每款調味都唔錯,唔會太鹹,我最鍾意食就係醃肉蠔卷,香口得來又juicy燒紫薯粒,甜甜地暖暖地,好正!燒秋葵我就唔太鍾意食,不過朋友話都OK。燒鯖魚都係我日本料理當中其中一款至愛,外層燒得脆脆,魚肉依然唔會過老,正!
