今次嚟到荔枝角呢間專食鐵板燒嘅鋪頭食晚餐,我哋叫左呢個極上活龍蝦鐵板燒二人前,$2280連加一,雖然價錢唔平但係每樣野都超好味呀前菜係一個沙律同埋兩隻汁煮螺,沙律冇乜特別,個螺唔腥有鮮甜味唔錯跟住廚師會俾啲海鮮我哋睇,呢啲就係我哋嚟緊會食嘅鐵板燒海鮮啦,龍蝦仲係好生猛,keep住郁架響螺喺未燒之前已經切成片,食落咸咸地幾爽脆好味帆立貝同海苔一齊燒,鮮味十足,食完帆立貝我連啲湯都唔放過呀燒魚可以揀銀鱈魚或者白甘鯛,我哋就揀咗特別啲嘅白甘鯛,燒完之後個皮會變咗好多刺咁樣好得意呀,個皮都食得架,脆脆地質感似薯片,連埋個枝豆薯蓉食落好fresh跟住就係重頭戲龍蝦,廚師將隻龍蝦喺鐵板上面燒熟再去殼,然後用龍蝦膏同埋啲龍蝦肉一齊炒,每一舊龍蝦肉都沾上滿滿嘅龍蝦膏,好香好彈牙好好味🥺肉可以揀A5和牛(厚/薄燒)或者黑毛豬,我哋揀咗和牛厚燒,食落好軟腍鮮嫩,油脂香味十足,連埋啲脆蒜片一齊食可以中和返個油膩感跟住係炒飯同埋炒野菜,雖然只係普通嘢但係都好好味,湯可以揀鯛魚湯或者龍蝦湯,我哋揀左龍蝦湯,佢唔係平時西餐飲開嘅龍蝦湯,而係麵豉湯加埋一小截連殼龍蝦,都有少少龍蝦肉可以食下,最後甜品係一塊焦糖多士,
