今次第一次食福川鐵板燒,又係omakase精美的貝殼盛著水雲漬物,是酸甜冰涼開胃的水雲髮菜另一前菜南瓜凍湯胡麻豆腐,豆味極重另外刺身有帶子,金目鯛,吞拿魚鮮味十足。主菜有金鯛,半蒸炸形式,外脆內軟,配埋甘荀魚湯魚肉嫩滑,魚鱗炸得脆卜卜。加埋紫蘇花,好香梅味。北寄貝,柚子泡泡代替檸檬汁,非常爽嫩,底下是花生苗,第一次食,感覺似露筍。鐵板大蝦,荷蘭汁酸酸的,蝦肉爽口彈牙梨子sorbet,是豐富的梨蓉,清解口中味道,之後就食牛肉。燒和牛粒,配蒜片岩鹽。炒野菜高菜炒飯,飯粒乾爽分明,漬物很好送飯。蜆麵鼓湯甜品有日本蜜瓜,柑果凍超清甜,朱古力brownie 也不錯
