To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚同孫兒三人行到荃灣帝盛住宿一晚，外面正遇着八號風球，我地惟有在酒店既dorrset Cafe吃個半自助午餐，食物方面不過不失，有前菜沙律，自家制蒜容包，pancake，兩款餐湯，個腐竹糖水真係好好食，飲左兩大碗，跟住又食埋甜品，水果，最後食埋名牌雪糕添，食物質素很好，仲兩個大人送一個小朋友，我地都食得很飽，晚餐就book左0penrice，原來係全場最平，75折，叫左兩份牛扒餐，一份意粉，折左埋單4佰幾，酒店級質素算平啦，依家又新開個兒童遊樂場，小朋友玩得很開心！
