小時候已經很喜歡吃鐵板餐，喜歡醬汁澆上鐵板上的ja ja聲，非常有儀式感！最近吃了這家岩盤牛扒餐廳，重拾了我的童年回憶！富士山石板牛扒餐十分精美，精緻的富士山特色飯🗻打卡拍照一流，顏色很好看！肉類選擇了牛柳，肉質厚厚啖啖肉，牛肉味十分濃，而且用鐵板燒可以自己控制熟度，很滿意👍🏻另外點了最近很hit的和牛漢堡扒，這個不是鐵板餐，比較像丼飯，上菜時更配有夢王蛋。和牛漢堡扒外層烤得很香，但又保留肉汁，很juicy。夢王蛋汁配搭著和牛漢堡真是超讚的味道，口感很豐富，還原日本吃的好味道第一次吃冬甩雪糕，新鮮即炸起的冬甩，配搭冰冰凍凍的雪糕，新鮮組合卻是味覺的享受，喜歡飯後甜品的一定要試試！黑牛是用朱古力雪糕配可樂，而金牛則是芒果雪糕配忌廉汽水，完全是童年的味道，超好味！
