To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說近排去長沙灣搵個朋友食飯，佢介紹左一間幾有鑊氣既茶記食小菜，裝修環境幾新淨。-✨ 魚香茄子煲 ($62) (⭐⭐⭐⭐️✨/5🌟)魚香茄子煲最重要係咩呀? 係個魚香茨汁呀! 呢到既魚香茄子汁食到咸魚既味道，香得黎又唔會過咸~加上個煲熱辣辣，夠哂惹味~-✨ 沙拉豬排 ($65) (⭐⭐⭐️⭐✨/5🌟)自己本身茶餐廳豬排冇咩興趣，因為好多時候都會做得太Un，好難咬開塊排。但呢份豬排應該特別調制過，食落幾淋，沙拉醬酸酸地好開胃~-味道比一般茶記好，勝在份量大價錢平，同埋餐廳好細心咁有提供口罩收納袋，係難得有抗疫意識既茶記。
