我本身有米線癮既,一個禮拜點都會有一至兩次食米線,今次我就食咗元朗呢間貴川風味館。店內環境比較迫,不過嘢食好味,所以間中都會去呢間食。每次嗌米線我都會嗌麻酸辣湯底,而我老公就試過金湯同埋沙嗲湯底,而餸嘅肉類選擇不多,我通常會嗌雞絲、雲耳、紫菜。而竹笙我原本好鍾意食,但上次試過嗌竹笙,湯底變杰,唔太建議嗌。雞絲非常爽滑一啲都唔鞋,紫菜給晒湯汁非常入味,而米線係煙韌同滑,超鍾意食呢個口感,我會走埋韭菜同芽菜,更加食到米線嘅質感。而我最推介嘅就係佢個麻辣皮蛋,黃色嘅皮蛋食落去非常特別,有時我仲會打包一份返屋企食。
