當你苦惱緊Happy Friday唔知食咩好嘅話🙈銅鑼灣或者灣仔係一個覓食好地方~而呢排開始鍾意咗食韓國🇰🇷嘢食+不嬲鍾意食肉🥩嘅我,揀咗食韓燒🤣男朋友話佢有排好鍾意去 #喜來稀肉 ,特別推介佢個護心肉❤️.我哋分別叫咗護心肉、韓豚五花肉、真雪花牛肉同埋水冷麵🙌🏻當中覺得護心肉個口感唔錯,不過就要考大家燒嘢食嘅技巧,唔可以overcook,如果唔係就會太乾,影響口感,我哋就燒到一邊有金黃脆邊先會反轉,唔會不斷反佢,防止佢水份流失得咁快💧另外,覺得韓豚五花可以喺夾起前,啲油仲滋滋聲嘅時候加少少鹽,然後加少少韓式辣醬再用生菜包住食👍🏻雪花牛個樣都唔錯,啲雪花幾均勻,厚薄適中✨而水冷麵係我第一次食🤣本身諗住佢係酸嘅我未必鍾意,但係原來食肉+水冷麵係可以咁解膩~感覺就好似喺你食緊邪惡嘢食嘅時候畀自己個胃同埋口腔抖吓🤣正所謂休息是為了食更多嘅肉
