又到我同好姊妹既生日月。雖然喜來稀肉唔係第一次食,但唔想生日正日食到伏野掃興。所以都係揀返有信心保證既餐廳。鐘意呢到燈光暗暗,有氣氛。食物價格親民又高質,菜單最貴嗰款燒肉都係講緊二百幾蚊,仲要份量好多。食燒肉最鐘意就係食多脂肪既部位,燒完既脂肪特別香口。今次揀既兩款肉,一牛一豬,都係我最愛既五花部位。五花肉位於腹部脂肪豐滿既部分, 肉質柔嫩,肥瘦相間。即使我地成掛住傾計燒過龍都唔會鞋口。肉夠嫩,味夠香。秘製醃料味道甜甜地,岩哂我口味。喜來韓豚五花肉生菜任食, 值得一讚係生菜每次放係自助bar 數量唔多。冇哂,職員好快會再refill,所以感覺乾淨又新鮮。配菜同樣都係自助bar任食任拎,有麻油豆芽,芝麻海帶 ,醃蘿蔔同一定唔少得既泡菜。泡菜味道夠哂辣,夾住醃蘿蔔配燒肉,超好味。炸醬麪有驚喜,麪質夠彈牙。最重要係味道唔會太重口味,撈埋配菜荷包蛋同青瓜,味道好fresh好夾。蟹籽紫菜飯團睇菜單就細細份,估唔到實物係咁大碟。剩係睇相都唔洗多講,足料抵食。最後值得一提,呢到職員做野好爽快,又helpful。個爐板燒燶咗,職員好自動自覺幫忙更換。 continue reading

喜來稀肉 (登龍街) (銅鑼灣)地點📍銅鑼灣登龍街41-51號金龍大廈地下3號舖及1樓突然覺得好耐冇食過燒肉,又想可以飲下酒嘆下燒肉,行下就發現呢間燒肉店,就去試試先店內安排咗自助小菜區,生菜,醃蘿白,醃青瓜,泡菜仼添,味道一D 都唔馬虎而爐邊有蛋漿準備,一邊泡菜味,一邊芝士味👍👍---------------牛五花💲158 肉質一D 都唔鞋,燒完都唔會太老,本身已經醃好,就算唔洗用配料,味道已經好出---------------牛肉眼💲158一大塊肉眼扒,厚身,怕會太"un"或者太"鞋" ,但又完全冇呢個問題包生菜,泡菜食👍👍--------------韓式豬皮💲150佢同係香港食開既豬皮,係兩件事,呢個豬皮見佢咁厚怕會"un",但燒完之後,完全停唔到口 continue reading

身爲韓國美食fans,燒肉係我嘅人生comfort food Top 3! 咁次來銅鑼灣辦事,結束之後火速搵到呢間一直以來都好想來打卡嘅韓國燒肉。我一個人來有小小遺憾啦,嗌唔到好多嘢食。嗌咗一個兩人餐嘅一頭豬 豬肉set,分量十足,有五花肉,韓式豬皮、豬頸肉、喜來五花肉、護心肉、豬頸肉、菇同埋玉瓜。豬肉品質好靚,好新鮮,燒完搭配店内嘅前菜豆芽,泡菜,青瓜簡直係大滿足啊!蔬菜盤,前菜都係無限量添加嘅,我一個人添咗好多次,夾住大塊大塊嘅燒肉食到飽得滯!!一個人來都係有啲可惜啦,下次仲要帶埋朋友一齊來,試下醬油蟹同其他肉! continue reading
