To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 十月系老公生日,揀左佢鐘意嘅潮州菜同佢慶祝生日。有小朋友後,我哋更注重健康飲食,潮庭岀品一向有水準,而今期「適時識食」菜式好啱我地一家人口味。今次叫左四款潮式美食入秋要飲返滋潤湯水「五指毛桃粟米排骨湯 」用五指毛桃,與本地粟米、排骨、蜜棗等同煲,入口清甜。栗子鮮冬菇大芥菜一款秋冬先有嘅時令菜,大芥菜秋天先當造,配上栗子,冬菇,以上湯燜煮入味,最後淋上蠔油茨汁。大芥菜味道甘,有清熱解毒作用。金華火腿蒸馬友🐟用傳統潮州人蒸魚的方法新鮮汕尾馬友配搭金華火腿片,而休漁期後嘅馬友特別肥美,鹹香鮮味,魚肉嫩滑,囡囡都好鐘意食。薑䓤生蠔蘿蔔糕係我嘅最愛,有種新年菜嘅感覺。生蠔🦪肥美,配上自家製蘿蔔糕,用薑葱等炒至味道 融和 ,係食唔停口嘅煲仔菜!4款菜式健康美味,大人小朋友都啱食,老公就好滿意,我今次安排啦。
