今次同大家分享喺天后區嘅一間Omakase/鐵板燒餐廳,去嘅時候舖頭仲係試業中(接近5月尾正式開業);當日叫左佢地嘅「Omakase – 金KIN」──有前菜、5款刺身、1款季節海鮮、5款壽司、湯同埋可揀咖啡/茶/雪糕,真係諗起都😋😋:前菜 – 螢光魷魚、凍番茄、海參呢段時間仲係當造嘅螢光魷魚表面色澤瑩潤,加上尺寸啱啱好一啖放入口,一咬開「驚喜」就不斷湧出嚟 – 係膏呀!!真係夾到一個點,非常好味開胃,完全達到前菜嘅效果,顯得另外2款都較為平淡😂刺身 – 金目鯛個人認為成餐最突出嘅一碟,好食到非筆墨所能形容;非坊間用火槍去炙燒,而係放咗喺爐上嘅鐵絲網輕輕燒幾秒,皮連肉一放入口即刻感受到油脂分佈均勻,肉質軟硬度適中;寫到呢度即刻想衝去再食🏃🏻‍♂️💨壽司 – 富山灣白蝦白蝦來自日本北陸地方東北部的海灣,表面好似平平無奇,其實已經被師傅有層次咁鋪咗好多隻喺飯面,有口感同埋調咗味,唔使再點醬料食;順帶一提,飯嘅份量都適中🤗😋總體 (味道, 性價比, 環境, 服務態度) : 8/10——————————————————————————————Omakase restaurant located
