同朋友食生日飯, BOOK左呢間期待以久既OMAKASE小店既裝潢, 只有十個左右既座位,師傅係日本人, 另外一位負責招待既都係日本女士食OMAKSEE梗係要坐係BAR枱,可以欣賞師傅製作食物既用心 上每道菜,師傅都會用心講解, 中間仲夾左少少廣東話, 真係充滿熱誠頭盤係墨魚: 墨魚本身已經好新鮮, 配合師傅既醬汁, 超開胃魚肝: 魚肝竟然有爽口既口感, 仲以為口感會好粉,蒸蛋: 蒸蛋好嫩滑,刺身: 佢D 刺身製作好特別, 唔會淨係放幾片魚生, 會有唔同既食材組合, 真係充滿驚喜!壽司: 師傅首先會比消毒紙巾比你抺手, 因為佢話壽司一定要用手食, 佢既壽司飯, 當然係用醋飯LA, 黏度岩岩好, 食材好新鮮!海膽杯:新鮮之餘, 打卡一流呢一餐真係食到好滿足,好味之餘,仲食到日本師傅嗰種煮美食既熱誠

頭盤係墨魚: 墨魚本身已經好新鮮, 配合師傅既醬汁, 超開胃
魚肝: 魚肝竟然有爽口既口感, 仲以為口感會好粉,
蒸蛋: 蒸蛋好嫩滑,
刺身: 佢D 刺身製作好特別, 唔會淨係放幾片魚生, 會有唔同既食材組合, 真係充滿驚喜!

壽司: 師傅首先會比消毒紙巾比你抺手, 因為佢話壽司一定要用手食, 佢既壽司飯, 當然係用醋飯LA, 黏度岩岩好, 食材好新鮮!

海膽杯:新鮮之餘, 打卡一流
