To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間嘢嘅裝修充滿住鐵漢柔情,有龍珠又有九十年代女神,真係曝露年齡系列呀😅 食物方面,是咁的:1)桂花蜜漬車厘茄:估唔到份量咁少!約十粒車厘茄😳 漬物唔係醃嘢咩?呢個好似係將啲桂花蜜淋上啲切半嘅車厘茄,無醃嘅感覺。不過啲車厘茄都幾新鮮嘅😅2)脆脆平安包:係炸過嘅流心奶黃包👀特色係平安兩個字,長洲嘅感覺即刻湧出嚟。味道不錯,無炸過龍,係真。流心3)串串金蠔:係一般金蠔嘅味道再加啲桂花蜜,整體偏甜。六十幾蚊一串,值唔值就見仁見智4)酥炸墨魚嘴:脆嘅,但有啲雪味,唔夠新鮮5)霜降一口牛:淋滑,不過無牛味。6)五花腩肉:薄薄一片,無咩特別。7)翠肉瓜:好juicy的三片。8)豚肉秋葵卷:秋葵好味。整體感覺就係一般嘅串燒店,似乎蔬菜類比起肉類處理得更好。大部分串燒都係加孜然粉。小店有好多item未試得晒,都叫有創意嘅。總括:係食情懷嘅
