今天和朋友去了銅鑼灣一間日式居酒屋食晚飯,舒適的環境令人十分放鬆,可以大快朵頤。生啤:啤酒色澤金黃透亮,泡沫細膩持久,入口清爽,為炎炎夏日增添冰涼感覺。刺身拼盤:吞拿魚肉質緊實鮮美,三文魚脂香濃郁,油甘魚口感細膩,魷魚彈牙爽脆,牡丹蝦甜美多汁,各式刺身搭配巧妙,色彩斑斕,令人垂涎欲滴。特選鮪盛:吞拿魚、中拖羅、大拖羅依次排列,從淡到濃,口感層次分明,肥美而不膩,每一口都齒頰留香,尤其大拖羅,入口即溶。炙烤北海道魷魚條:魷魚條烤得恰到好處,外焦裡嫩,爽口彈牙,芝麻與香料的香氣四溢,更加惹味。關東煮手打烏冬:有豆腐、冬菇、白蘿蔔、紅蘿蔔、蒟蒻等:烏冬筋道十足,關東煮湯底鮮美,各式配料吸收了湯底的精華,口感豐富。
