家賀屋在灣仔已開業很多年,疫情前也去過數次貪其食物質素唔錯。今次老友回港探親,一於約她去銅鑼灣分店午餐作為幫佢洗塵。食肆地方濶落感覺舒服,在這輕鬆環境下好讓我倆慢慢地懷念昔日的友誼。服務員有禮地招呼並遞上餐牌,我和朋友各自挑選心儀套餐。套餐包括濃郁的海帶味噌湯、新鮮開胃田園沙律、日式燉蛋等。值得一提是燉蛋食落很嫩滑,材料十足。横綱刺身定食(8貫)    $300師傅特選一點2切,有大本鮪魚腩、油甘魚、真鯛、日本凡立貝和持大赤海老等。真鯛味道鮮甜,而且刺少肉多,油脂含量又低,口感非常好。大本鮪魚腩卽拖羅,拖羅是刺身極品中之極品, 取自藍鰭吞拿魚肥美之魚腩。是全條吞拿魚中最肥美的部份!拖羅佈滿精緻的魚油花紋, 口感入口即化, 油香四溢而又鮮甜無比, 完全不膩。油甘魚非常厚實滑嫩, 色澤紋路分布均勻, 如大理石, 肉厚肥嫩, 魚肉細緻甘甜、滑嫩多膠質,油花均勻的散佈於每絲刺身當中,入口即能融化在舌尖上。日本凡立貝肉身豐厚,爽口彈牙;味道鮮甜。赤海老很大隻比一般蝦子較大;用它來做刺身甚有睇頭。另外可選湯烏冬或御飯。生薑燒安格斯牛肉丼定食  $180牛肉採用安格斯肉質細膩嫩滑,適量醬汁為牛肉味道

生薑燒安格斯牛肉丼定食  $180
