To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

來到銅鑼灣真工業風日式Tapas酒吧餐廳💛 @shack.tapazaka ,超有feel啊!!! 不過可惜現在夜晚都唔可以係度飲下酒chill下,唯有帶外賣返屋企嘆!!..🍗 黑蒜油鑊仔炒飯配炸雞 Black Garlic Oil Fried Rice w/ Fried Chicken呢個真心正!!! 炒飯面鋪滿勁多蔥!! 仲要俾埋隻蛋你自己倒,怕預先倒左蛋落去飯度拎返去會唔靚,而且千叮萬囑叫你將蛋白同蛋黃分開,俾埋個紙杯你裝,將D蔥堆返去圓形留中間位,然後只將蛋黃倒係飯面,賣相超靚啊!! 店主果然細心!! 除左味覺加分外,也不忘照顧我地呢D相機食先既吃貨要影靚相😆 講返個飯,好好食, 撈埋一齊好juicy,蔥多真係勁香! 炸雞唔駛點醬都好食,肉嫩,又唔會太咸,我鍾意!..🍖燒豬肉卷飯團Grilled Rice Sticks w/ Pork slice呢個有D似台灣既肉卷飯糰燒咁,係用豬肉包住飯咁整成一串去燒,口感幾煙韌,豬肉好juicy,配埋飯食唔錯!..🦪酥炸吉列蠔Deep Fried Oysters Cutlet酥炸吉列蠔有5隻,有燒汁俾你點住食,粉薄,蠔肉肥美新鮮! 我都幾鍾

燒牛串有2串,伴涼拌蓮藕既小食,又幾得意! 牛肉串燒OK,不過肉味無咁出~ 本身配既醬汁係帶辣既wasabi燒汁,感覺幾有趣!.

🥩鐵板蒜片牛柳粒 Garlic Beef Cubes
呢個幾好味bor! 牛柳粒好juicy,而且肉味濃郁,加埋蒜片真心正! 底下有煎香左既半個洋蔥,不過就咁食洋蔥都幾辣下🤣.

下次有機會真係要去餐廳堂食飲下酒食下串燒先夠CHILL啊!!!🍻
