To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前係銅鑼灣返學都會成日黎食，因為想食壽司，又要平，又唔會中伏既選擇係銅鑼灣真係唔多好耐冇黎食，裝修都唔同左而家餐廳環境好光猛同舒適門口仲有部機拎飛攞位餐廳係金百利廣場7樓行完SOGO過對面就係入面既牆紙好有日本魚市場既感覺刺身同壽司選擇好多，選擇食物真身同圖片都差唔多到唔知點揀好三文魚海膽飯（＄１１８）４大片三文魚！大件！厚切！淨係三文魚都夠餸唒成碗飯，仲有一大Pat海膽有成兩匙咁多！味道仲好濃添三文魚腩刺身＄６８劍魚腩刺身＄６８三文魚腩極肥美！食落支支聲，淡淡油香！劍魚腩都有，唔係唔試下呀嘛！叫左幾件壽司試下係日本食過腐皮壽司就鐘意左但香港唔係到到整得好食唎到唔錯！可以試下海膽帶子卷（＄６８）卷物都揀款試下海膽燒左，味道同口感同生食好唔同帶子鮮甜，好！
