除咗叻沙同海南雞飯,其實新加坡菜仲有五花八門嘅菜式,今次就去咗銅鑼灣一間人氣餐廳A.T.A.S。餐廳採取自助形式,先揾座位然後去櫃檯點餐並付款,完成後店員會比客人pager,當餐點準備好就會透過pager通知客人取餐,餐具、調味料等都可以去旁邊櫃檯自取,好有新加坡bazaar風味!炸魚片米粉($98)粗米粉吸收咗濃厚魚湯,非常軟身,加上炸到香脆嘅炸魚片帶有淡淡酒香同胡椒味,配料仲有白菜、蕃茄、紫菜,健康又好食。肉脞面($88)我哋另外叫咗一款較為濃味嘅新加坡麵食,配料非常豐富,有豬肉碎、豬肝、魚蛋、滷冬菇、炸雲吞、生菜等,麵底就揀咗老鼠粉,因為調味料落咗少少醋同辣椒,入口酸酸辣辣,好開胃!辣椒蟹肉醬配炸饅頭($98)呢個好有驚喜!炸饅頭外脆內軟,蘸埋香辣蟹肉醬,呢款地道嘅菜式令我一下子好似身處新加坡!斑蘭薏米水($28)每次食新加坡菜必點薏米水,呢款比較清淡,粒粒薏米好有咬口!酸梅青檸水($30)原粒酸梅加兩粒青檸,清新開胃,非常解膩。
