銅鑼灣一路向係美食集中地。其實除咗地舖之外,樓上舖亦都有好多選擇。今日趁住公司唔係好多嘢做就去享受一個long lunch食越南菜。 呢間餐廳位於登龍街,我哋喺銅鑼灣地鐵站出發,行咗唔使十分鐘就到。餐廳裝修好有特色,門口佈置到好似一個歐洲花園,有一道道藍色小窗。旁邊亦都擺咗當日嘅廚師推介。可能時間尚早,我哋入到去嘅時候餐廳唔係好多人。餐廳入面嘅佈置簡單,感覺舒服。枱與枱之間有足夠空間,唔會有擠逼感。我哋一行兩人點兩個午餐 1) 菠蘿豬頸肉炒飯(⭐⭐⭐⭐💢): 豬頸肉大件,而且唔會燒得好乾,食落有肉汁。炒飯亦都用料十足,有提子,乾新鮮菠蘿同埋雞柳,絕冇偷工減料。2)越式燒雞飯(⭐⭐⭐⭐💢): 朋友叫嘅燒雞飯亦用了十足,應該有半隻雞嘅份量,包括雞髀同雞翼。味道方面,廚師無特登用好多醃料,咁樣反而更加突顯到雞嘅鮮嫩。當然,如果然唔夠味 可以配薑蔥醬油。3)跟餐熱飲(⭐⭐⭐⭐💢):分別叫咗生薑蜜同埋柚子茶。生薑唔太甜而且有薑味,冬日暖胃之選。相對,朋友嘅柚子蜜就比較甜。總括而言,呢間餐廳嘅午餐都算經濟抵食,而且味道亦都唔錯。係返工一族嘅銅鑼灣午膳之選!
