🌟川味花膠
第一次食花膠做的前菜,這個是冷盤,用上較薄身的花膠,口感爽脆,雖然是川味,但只是微辣,帶辣椒的香,提高食慾,同配搭的苦瓜非常的襯,苦瓜爽脆多汁,而且唔會太苦,是甘味,配上微辣的花膠,新穎好味的前菜!

非常足料的燉湯,是我好鍾意的杏汁白肺湯,湯汁雪白濃稠,杏汁的味道恰到好處,而豬肺則處理得乾淨沒有異味,食落是彈牙的,好味!

🌟瑤柱蛋白炒飯
非常出色的炒飯,看似簡單但顯功架,餐廳用上靚金鳳米,飯粒食落煙韌有飯香,而且飯粒炒得粒粒分明,帶瑤柱的鹹香及蔥花香味,好飽都成碗食晒!

🌟蛋白杏仁茶
呢度杏汁咁靚,當然要食埋佢嘅蛋白杏仁茶啦,杏仁茶每日新鮮製造,所以限量供應,而且即叫先即煮,所以特別新鮮熱辣,杏仁香濃幼滑,蛋白時間剛剛好,不會太實,香滑好味😋
