12月14日晚到厚得吃晚飯,點了叉燒,焗蟹蓋,豆腐竹苼和辣子雞,味道一般,那個焗蟹蓋仲話是王牌?一個小小嘅蟹蓋居然係收$260 ,仲要洋蔥多過蟹肉超多,我只吃到洋蔥味,蟹肉絲真係可以數得出有幾多條,雖然係在銅鑼灣區,預計價錢也不是大衆化,但係如果我用緊嘅價錢我完全唔需要喺度食!其餘嘅餸都係普普通通一般酒樓嘅菜式,紅棗糕仲話師傅自己整,一啲紅棗味都冇!普通酒樓整得好食過你千倍,一定冇下次,我寧願去佐敦嘅逸東軒好好多,起碼價錢合理食物質素高。三人共吃了差不多$1900元,我一定唔會再幫襯了

於銅鑼灣食餐廳/飯店這價錢是明白,但食物味道同服務質素整體都不是覺得很好,叫四道推介菜式,只有一道覺得合格,其他可以形容為普通,甚至想叫一道炒蔬菜都要160-300(好彩無叫),因為推介菜式都唔覺有咩特別,由其一道蘿蔔崩沙腩,好鹹牛腩好韌。。。

再嚟就叫埋脆皮雞啦、鮑汁釀鵝掌啦(食得出好花時間整既野)、咕嚕肉啦、香煎蓮藕餅、蝦乾啫啫唐生菜、粉絲大蝦煲(好好食啦,蝦又大隻又新鮮,啲粉絲朔晒啲精華勁嘢味,都係想食嘅時候已經俾人夾晒啦),重有生炒糯米飯,呢個超級好食,晨早比人食哂啦,想要多碗都畢唔到啦,其他每碟都係好食,大家都知呢件事係依家平均既餐廳質素係幾咁難得,每一樣都食得大家好開心,食到唔想停😋😋😋😋😋😋

最後,甜品方面我選咗紅棗椰汁千層糕,好食,差平時酒樓果啲勁多!又叫左個生磨蛋白杏仁茶,又係好好食!好滑好香,甜度又適中,完美結束今次嘅美食之旅。🤩🤩

整體嚟講,今次嘅用餐體驗真心非常滿意,無論係食物質量、服務態度,甚至環境,都令我感受到粵菜嘅精髓。重點係作為cheap精既我,買單既時候都覺得物超所值,因為本身以為好貴啦,話哂高級粵菜麻,點知咁叫法都係唔貴,聽聞佢定時都會做下優惠,真心咁既價錢,食到咁既體驗,一定會推介畀朋友,有咩野都會再黎!🥳

哥哥由愛爾蘭遠到回港,當然要帶佢食返餐正宗粵菜,就揀咗厚德飯店。前菜就點咗醒胃花甲,花甲好鮮甜,配上酸酸地嘅汁,真係好開胃。川味花膠,苦瓜煮到一啲都唔苦,而家苦瓜爽口,花膠又稔,連我侄囡呢啲鬼妹仔都話好食。碧綠炒東星班球,班球肉滑魚味十足,連帶配菜黃椒、西芹都咁清甜爽口。薑蔥炆班翅,一上枱已經非常香,忍唔住第一時間就食,班翅煲炆得好乾身,班翅食落超香脆又惹味,最啱一路食一路飲酒。龍蝦泡飯睇落平平無奇,但食落有好濃嘅龍蝦鮮味,再加入附送嘅炸貴妃米粒之後,口感層次梗加豐富。炒龍蝦球煎米粉底,龍蝦肉質新鮮彈牙,配米粉底我都係第一次試,米粉兩面煎到好香脆,原來比配伊麵梗加好食。青欖瘦肉燉螺頭湯,天氣開始入秋要滋潤下,螺頭好鮮好香,加上瘦肉甜味,真係好好飲,大家都忍唔住飲多碗。哥哥話回港第一餐就食到咁高質嘅粵菜,坐咁耐飛機都值得。
