To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 銅鑼灣時代廣場食通天有不少食店, 間中我也會去覓食. 上星期上去時, 發現有新的食店, 所以決定試下這間GREENHOUSE. 一入店內一邊是酒吧. 而我鍾意店內的設計, 好別緻, 帶有田園氣息, 令人感覺舒服.小食點了烤波多黎各菇配韓式泡菜芝士.這個菇肉夠厚身, 而且燒完後, 不會乾身, 又夠汁, 口感一流.再配上我最愛的芝士,入口時不但有芝士味, 仲食到微辣, 原來是混入了泡菜, 這樣仲好醒胃.半溶芝士, 再加上多汁的大菇, 令我食完想再添食.飲品點了Cherry Blossom & Kyoho Soda.飲品賣相精緻.飲品當中有一個圓形的大冰, 當中有士多啤梨, 直到飲完杯飲品也未完全溶掉.初初飲的時候, 入口時帶有巨峰提子的味道, 但越飲味道越淡, 若少冰一點會更好,可以保持味道長一點時間.主菜點了酥炸『富貴鴨』配森巴醬與薯仔沙律.鴨的份量都幾大, 而且附有森巴醬和沙律.這個炸鴨, 外皮被炸到金黃色, 夠脆卜卜, 入口完全不覺得肥膩.可能炸得香脆, 鴨肉較為乾身, 但不會太過硬身.味道幾濃郁, 不點醬汁也可以.森巴醬, 帶點微辣, 與鴨幾夾, 能帶起食肉的味道, 而且增加食慾感

香蕉加上帶點硬身的焦糖, 非常好味.

燉蛋好滑, 甜度又適中.

而隨燉蛋的黑咖啡是用來點來食, 店員提我不要直接將黑咖啡加入燉蛋中, 這會太濕, 變得不好食.

我也試了加入黑咖啡的感覺, 多了一份咖啡的香味, 基本上不加已經好好味.
