今日家人生日,選了這間位於銅鑼灣新開的上海菜。餐廳環境優雅高貴,座位闊落舒適,適合和朋友和家人聚會。餐牌嘅選擇非常多,有各式各樣特色的上海菜式。最後我們四日叫了食物。1.蔥香鴉片魚頭($388)這道菜非常具有特色,魚頭上鋪滿了滿滿的炸香蔥香。食落好似像吃薯片一樣,鹹鹹香香,魚頭炸得非常香脆,這油脂非常豐富。佐飯一流。2.手工樟茶鴨(半隻) ($200 )第一次吃樟茶鴨,外酥內嫩,帶點木香和茶葉的香味。他們還配上夾包,夾包煙煙韌韌。可以加點鹽,提升層次豐富口感。這一道菜是我最愛的菜式。3. 賽螃蟹($148)用上嫩滑的蛋白製成的賽螃蟹,食落雖然沒有蟹嘅肉質,但感覺加了點蟹嘅醋汁,又像吃蟹一般的感覺。4.招牌小籠包( $68 )小籠包皮薄餡靚,內裏非常多汁,非常好吃。5.砂鍋雲吞雞(半份)( $260 )砂鍋雲吞雞半份夠我們四人進食,每人有足夠的兩碗,內裏有用上冬菇木耳嘅雲吞,和嫩滑的半隻雞肉,還有大量新鮮爽口的蔬菜。6.上海粗炒( $148 )爸爸最愛吃的上海粗炒,帶點肉絲,菇菌,炒得非常惹味。7.經典上海生煎 ( $72 )生煎包的的底部煎得隨口,配上伊姨韌韌的麵包,和內裏多汁的肉汁和

食完滿足的一餐當然不能錯過甜品,上海菜必叫高力豆沙,豆沙餡料非常軟綿綿,且帶點陳皮香氣,配上滿滿的砂糖,滿足的一餐。
