想食日本嘢嘅時候,omakase往往係首選,廚師嘅細心同食材嘅新鮮帶來極大嘅滿足😆上年帶媽咪生日但係佢食韓式全素lunch,今年決定同佢撐枱腳去enjoy日本野🥳我地揀咗$688嘅 Omakase ,真係同其他食評講嘅一樣,質素好高好滿足!一出𨋢花貝嘅door front 已經令我哋覺得去咗第二個空間,好有格調❤️前菜往往係一個好開始,如果開頭係唔好嘅話,之後都唔會有好嘅享受😌前菜係半熟BB呑拿魚配魚子醬,用上日本番茄同去皮無花果(柑橘沙律汁)。特別喜愛係日本蕃茄,清甜多汁,完全無草腥味,令我諗起大阪嘅蕃茄沙律🤤鱆紅魚刺身~魚味香,不油膩 ,口感非常新鮮!火炙金目鯛,高質高價嘅魚類😆輕微火炙,燒出魚油香味,令入口更鮮更甜,口感彈彈👏🏻白蝦配魚子醬🦐白蝦本身口味鮮甜,魚子醬令整體口味更有層次感👍🏻火炙鯖魚刺身- my favourite! 輕輕火炙魚皮,燒出魚油香味,十分清甜不會感到鯖魚的獨特魚腥味。反而可以享受到鯖魚的鮮味,入口後魚油香氣瞬間充斥口腔。燒鰻魚輕用鹽同胡椒做味,魚皮非常趣口,魚肉肥美彈牙,非常新鮮,特別一讚係已經去骨!天婦羅紫菜配海膽,日本小茄子都係加分,海膽新鮮不在話下👍
