To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因第四波疫情比較嚴重, 結果有成 2個幾月無出外晚膳, 襯住星期六, 日就梗係要出動下, 網上同電話都訂唔到位, 唯有早 D 出來搵食啦, 18:15 就去到旺角新世紀既北京樓, 好彩呢個時刻 walk in 既客唔多, 不過入到去都已經係 80% 坐滿, 望完餐牌, 最後都係揀左 錦繡年華套餐 - $498 + 10%, 感覺食物都應該唔差.先上前菜, 海蜇頭同素鵝, 不過不失, 跟住就來個濃湯海皇素翅, 但就唔多覺有幾濃湯, 但味道尚可, 始終素翅同真翅都會有少少出入, 第三樣上來既係宮爆蝦球 4隻, 蝦肉爽滑, 肯定係新鮮蝦, 口感唔錯, 第四樣係花膠鮑魚, 花膠同鮑魚都做得好好, 好入味, 爽口彈牙, 第五樣係先上小蔥伴麵, 如果呢個麵有少少辣同加少少肉碎會仲好食,  第六樣就係期待很久既北京填鴨, 可能大多數客人都係叫呢個主菜,  可能太耐無做晚市, 加上每枱都 order 北京填鴨, 等既時間係耐左 D , 而且可能包填鴨既皮都一早做好放左係出面, 又無一個蒸爐熱住, 所以跟填鴨上到枱, 鴨肉無問題, 反而包皮就有 D 凍同乾乾地總括來講北京樓都有一定既水準, 尤其夜市停左

總括來講北京樓都有一定既水準, 尤其夜市停左咁耐, 服務員都仍然做到優良既服務態度, 難怪夜市咁旺 !
