選擇了一個星期四,前後不是公眾假期,還要是下午4點幾,終於在不用排不見隊尾的長龍的情況下光顧。總結是沒有失望。聞說「價錢是爭鮮;質素及元氣」。親臨舖面第一感覺有點像峰壽司的裝潢,每枱同樣配備點餐屏幕。最便宜的紅碟$17,未誇張到爭鮮價,質素倒算和元氣平分春色。比較喜歡有檸味豉油,還不過鹹,包裝芥辣相對不夠嗆口。主要是壽司、小食、甜品,沒刺身。個人推介油甘魚,新鮮脹滿;海螺(有嚼口又不靭,數這家好吃);螢光魷魚(一咬墨汁口腔爆出濃烈墨汁味);牛奶軟雪糕配Oreo(試一口感覺是整支新鮮牛奶做那樣濃,無怪乎不斷在送餐輸送帶來來往往)。
