Hojicha & kinako cream 焙茶黃豆粉忌廉 $95(👅: 9/10)This kakigori is really divine and scrumptious as the flavour of the ice is pretty good, it includes some warabi mochi on top and inside which is very soft with a little bit chewing. The taste cream is alright as it’s not that sweet. I can feel the mochi is really match with these flavour. and with the mochi and red beans which is my favourite topping😎 Also, it includes a condensed milk sauce for you to add up. After the milk the matcha flavour taste sweeter than only the matcha syrup kakigori but at last when it’s all melt and all flavour is gone just like ice or

we should save some milk or topping for the last time to combine together or bcz I finish the topping and condensed milk too quick haha but really recommend it to anyone who loves matcha.

Although these are called soufflé, the chocolate one taste like mousse cake and the other like a softer cheesecake with a bit salty taste. By the way not bad at all still good😬
