一向都鍾意食上海菜,不過香港好多上海菜館都比較貴,最近發現長沙灣有間平民價上海菜小店,又多咗一間飯堂可以去幫襯啦。 揀咗個孖寶推介,招牌小籠包+上海排骨菜飯:個皮未算好薄,但勝在多湯,食落絕對有燙口感覺。 排骨夠熱,又酥又香,配上菜飯一絕。 花雕醉雞:雞肉嫩滑入味,皮肉間有水晶般剔透膠質,酒香撲鼻芬芳,肉質色澤動人,餐前小食最好不過。 水晶餚肉:肉紅皮白,光滑晶莹, 鹵凍透明,猶如水晶,香味濃郁。 四川擔擔麵:麵條細滑,湯汁惹味濃郁,陣陣花生香味,做到掛湯嘅效果。 香酥豆沙鍋餅:最後甜品加咗個香煎豆沙鍋餅,因為係即叫即整,所以都等咗一陣,上檯時熱辣辣,個表皮香煎,豆沙餡料都足夠,而且唔會太過甜。
