To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

前幾日經過長沙灣，順道接爸爸收工，爸爸表示想食中菜，但兩人沒有理由去酒樓，所以找了間冰室食飯☺️落單後，店員很快送上例湯，味道像家的味道，感覺很足料，不是死鹹😋——————————🔹招牌椒鹽蒜香豬扒 $62這個椒鹽蒜香豬扒賣相很吸引，大概有八塊豬扒😍食起來好香乾蒜味，而且沒有甚麼肥膏，啖啖肉😋肉質亦很鬆軟，配飯食剛剛好～🔸涼瓜炆牛肉煲 $65爸爸平時很鍾意食涼瓜，但我就怕苦味不太食😆最後都叫了涼瓜炆牛肉煲。上菜時感覺很有鑊氣，涼瓜和牛肉的份量差不多，食肉獸的爸爸見到很開心🥳原來是用上豆豉煮，牛肉薄薄一片，食起來會特別入味，連苦瓜都食不出甘甘的味道😍🔹椰汁紅豆冰 $22這杯椰汁紅豆冰，跟我以往喝的不同，紅豆不是沉在底部🤨雖然沒有濃郁的椰香奶味，但味道很夠，還食到粒粒紅豆😚🔸忌廉焦糖特濃咖啡 $22  這裏的飲料都很大杯，咖啡味的確很濃郁，但不至於苦，配上甜甜的焦糖忌廉，超邪惡🤩🤩
