To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 走過長洲嘅小街,隨意尋寶,竟然搵到一間串燒店舖嚟填飽肚子!👀先講講佢哋嘅和牛漢堡,真係一啖屋企味,肉汁滿溢!再嚟個荔枝豚肉,鮮甜荔枝震撼住我嘅味蕾,好正喎!突然間,花枝丸要黎搶鏡,彈牙又多汁,我都唔知花枝丸可以咁上鏡架。😍講到茄子串,真係正中下懷!孜然味咁香咁濃郁,茄子外脆內軟嘅口感絕對五星級,但士多啤梨配豚肉就有少少失手,味道配搭得太突兀,唔係我杯茶喎!🙅‍♂️🍓飲品方面,Asahi烏龍同普洱手工啤就普通普通,冇啲特別。但係好在係,串燒嘅味道夠靚夠正,已經至滿足!💯無論係長洲居民定係返島遊客,我諗呢間店都值得一試!記住帶現金過來啊!
