To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間長洲角酪絕對係入長洲必去既去人氣打卡舖,見到門口一幅藍白tone既港鐵style牆,就知道好多遊客都會過黎打卡,所以都幾多人排隊,等飲品大概等左20分鐘。舖頭入面空間唔大,有4張細枱同幾個坐位俾人短暫休息下。今次嗌咗桃桃角酪同經典角酪。桃桃角酪係無紫糯米既,揀左正常甜度叫「同你一樣甜」,配合舖頭自家製少少酸既乳酪,飲落味道啱啱好。不過略嫌個桃味唔夠濃,飲落去只有少少桃味,桃肉都唔算多,如果個桃味再香d再出d會更好。另外杯經典角酪係加左紫糯米既原味乳酪,紫糯米食落幾煙韌,飲落去都幾夾,但如果一個人飲哂一杯既話都幾飽肚,所以我下次都係會揀無加紫糯米既飲品。📍長洲新興街78號地舖位置就腳:🍊🍊🍊餐廳環境:🍊🍊🍊🍊食物味道:🍊🍊🍊🍊整體CP值:🍊🍊🍊
