To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 難得放假，梗係去遠啲地方鬆一鬆喇💝是日去咗間no.11嘅Cafe👀最好嘅係可以與朋友嗌多幾款食物一同分享🖖🏻開心share又可以試多啲嘢😼賓尼迪蛋 （$108）當中有牛油果醬及煙三文魚，以及配荷蘭醬及沙律，當中食物嘅擺盤頗有心思💖吃起來的口感濃稠、滑順，還帶些酸酸的滋味。牛油果醬蟹肉焗薯（$148）食既時間舊舊都食到勁多牛油果🥑醬同蟹肉既味道,好正架😛碟內仲會有羅勒醬焗蕃茄啊、煙肉啊、 香腸 啊、炒蛋也炒得嫩滑加埋酸種麵包一齊食✅特別介紹🦀️蟹肉賓尼迪蛋 ($128)是我暫時吃過覺得最好食的，亦是覺得最足料、最有誠意的。 不但有荷蘭醬及沙律，而且食到大大啖蟹肉😚滋味十足！呢度出品的食物質素也很高，而且選擇很多，一定為你帶來surprise😻
