To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日我想同大家分享一下我去過的一間餐廳,就係NO.11.喇!呢間餐廳係喺長洲中興新街11號地鋪,係唔俗嘅位置啦。我今日食嘅兩款菜式係「蟹肉賓尼迪蛋」同「煙肉酸忌廉焗薯」。先講下「蟹肉賓尼迪蛋」啦,佢嘅味道好濃郁,蟹肉係好新鮮,加上賓尼迪醬同蛋嘅結合,真係一絕!呢道菜式嘅份量都幾大幾抵食再嚟就係呢款「煙肉酸忌廉焗薯」啦,我就話你知啦,呢個係真係好好味嘅一款菜式!薯仔焗得好香脆,煙肉嘅味道好濃郁,同埋酸忌廉嘅味道又好平衡,真係一道好有層次感嘅菜式!除咗食物,呢間餐廳嘅環境都幾舒服,佢嘅裝潢有啲文青風,但係唔會太過搶眼,啱晒細路同埋大人啦。嚟到長洲玩嘅你都係一個唔錯嘅去處總括而言,NO.11.係一間性價比都幾高嘅餐廳,呢兩款菜式我個人都好鍾意,都會推介比朋友嘅。如果你都想試下呢間餐廳嘅菜式,就快啲嚟試下啦!
