To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

和家人一共4位約了晚上在這裡吃自助餐，因為本身係酒店住客有優惠，4人埋單合共$1200多。龍蝦、長腳蟹、三文魚、希靈魚都要去櫃檯叫職員比，長腳蟹好鹹，吾知係咪專登整鹹佢唔想客人食太多，龍蝦麻麻地，三文魚正常。壽司擺到淋曬無見到有人拎。水果有西瓜、火龍果、菠蘿、哈密瓜，質素唔係幾好，哈密瓜無味...熱食有bbq野、片皮鴨、幾款中菜(無咩特別)長腳蟹食到我心情唔係幾好，食完返酒店房再食杯麵🥲感覺係好頹既自助餐
