To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見到最近稻香做推廣優惠阿拉斯加長腳蟹$188一斤,十月係老豆生日,就想一家人食餐好啲,就去稻香試吓呢隻阿拉斯加長腳蟹,老豆揀咗一隻5.5斤重嘅蟹,職員話蒸需要30分鐘,但等咗15分鐘左右就話蒸熟,隻蟹蒸熟一上枱賣相無咩問題。我哋係由蟹腳食先,剪蟹腳時候就開始好多水流出嚟,都唔為意隻蟹有問題,以為佢無咩肉者,咁我哋就食曬d 蟹腳啦!到打開蟹蓋時候,真係嚇親,成個蟹蓋都係水,蟹身都係空心,心諗中伏啦,千幾蚊一隻蟹,質素可以咁差😡🤬真心懷疑呢隻係唔係死蟹或唔新鮮蟹🤬之後同職員講呢隻蟹質素好差,職員話水蟹係咁㗎,即刻O咗嘴,以往食長腳蟹都唔係呢種質素😤😤
