Hong Kong Style Fast Food Food Wise Eateries

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

信德中心食店林立，一到放飯時間便派晒長龍，對於平日帶飯的我來說，又有幾多間曾經試過呢？數來數去，好像就只吃過麥記、KFC及美心。難得這天有人約食Lunch兼搵埋位，自然要試試其他，於是便來到Deli-O。雖然憑它的地理位置，相信也是美心團購的吧。等了差不多半個鐘才有位 (其實只有朋友在等？)，本來還想試試這裡的漢堡包，可是這天餐廳卻沒有包？時間緊迫，最後還是吃常餐就算了。火腿炒農場蛋配蜜味叉燒扁意粉 $48看到這份火腿炒農場蛋，有一刻覺得跟在MX吃早餐好像沒有太大分別？更甚是炒蛋炒得更乾更熟，味道一般。配上叉燒的扁意粉大玩fushion，可惜充滿過份嚼勁的叉燒配上爽彈欠奉的扁意粉，這份fushion玩得有點失色。我不會說這份唔襟飽的常餐唔抵食，我只是覺得以這樣的質素，沒理由要等上半個鐘才有位。大概其他人跟我們一樣，因為好吃的更難等位。
