To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 住元朗區嘅朋友話我知~永年終於衝出元朗啦!我好鐘意食車仔麵,但係而家越黎越少喇!所以明知佢新開排長龍都要黎試!雖然長龍但其實唔洗點等!廚房都有好幾個廚師煮麵!叫左兩個3餸麵,6款唔同餸試下先~蘿蔔豬皮大腸米粉牛肚雞翼魚蛋粗麵加辣汁聽聞佢個辣汁好出名,唔太食得辣所以一碗加個少辣試下先,果然加左香好多!餸我就推介牛肚雞翼同蘿蔔,好淋好入味!仲有呢個粗麵係全蛋麵,而家唔多車仔麵店採用架喇!韮菜豬紅我無特別鐘意豬紅(係朋友至愛),不過呢個無腥味,食落都唔錯!腐乳通菜呢個腐乳醬真心想問下老闆加左d咩秘方,食落好似棉花糖咁有軟綿綿嘅感覺飲品左:抹茶紅豆冰,呢個有驚喜!抹茶夠濃右:菠蘿冰,就係細細個飲開果隻菠蘿冰(罐頭菠蘿),好懷念呀!又多一間車仔麵可以encore喇!好野!
